2. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices are provided in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless specified.
Quotes are based on the information provided by the client at the time.
Changes to project specifications may result in revised pricing.

An order is confirmed when:

Any required deposit has been paid.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before work commences.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed.
As we collect payments directly, clients agree to provide accurate payment information.
Late payments may delay production or delivery.
Ownership of the model remains with us until full payment has been received.
5. Production Timelines
Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith.
As most models are custom-built by hand, timelines may vary depending on complexity and workload.
We are not liable for delays caused by client changes, supply shortages, or events beyond our control.
6. Client-Supplied Materials
Clients may supply drawings, photographs, CAD files, or specifications.
The client warrants that they have the right to use and share such materials.
We are not responsible for errors in client-supplied information.
Any inaccuracies in supplied files may affect the final model outcome.
7. Intellectual Property
All original designs, digital files, moulds, and production methods remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not reproduce, duplicate, or commercially exploit any model or digital file without written permission.
Client-supplied materials remain the property of the client.

If a project is cancelled after production has begun, costs incurred up to that point will be payable.
Custom-built models cannot be returned for change of mind.
9. Shipping & Risk
Shipping costs are quoted separately unless included.
Risk passes to the client once the model is dispatched.
We take reasonable care in packaging, but we are not responsible for damage caused during transit by third-party carriers.
