As with our yacht models power boat and cruiser models can be made to any scale, any size, with any level of detail.

Generally the size and scale of the model are determined by the space the customer has available to display the model, the level of detail is often decided by the customers budget.

If a model measures say 800 mm in length we need to remember it is usually sitting on a timber base which adds 50 mm—75 mm all around , if a cover is added there needs to be an allowance for extra height as well. As pretty much everything is hand made or 3D printed labour is the main cost in creating a wonderful model.

Before an order is finalised there will be numerous emails or phone calls sorting out exactly what the customer requires and exactly what I can deliver so there is no uncertainty in what the model will look like upon its completion.

As this is a passion for me I pretty much always get carried away and put more into a model than is requested. It makes both myself and the customer happy.
